My expectations for this report evidently exceeded what’s possible. I was hoping for more “steak” on their cyber capabilities. All that was delivered was an appetizer.
I’m sure the “real” report that goes to the Senate Intelligence Committee has more meat then potatoes as opposed to this one which is probably drafted and generalized for the normal Honorable nitwit from Tennessee or “insert backwoods state here” who have no clue as to what cyber security means.

im being hacked by a neighbor, he is tormenting, and he has my phone, im disabled, my life has changed drasticaly in one year and i cant do this alone, i have had proprty damage, i live next to a hostil enviroment, i need your help to eliminate this.
