		<description>Apparently the Obama campaign ads for LAMP devs (Linux, apache, Mysql and PHP) were seen on multiple sites in China.  Not that I&#039;m making any accusations, mind you!  But I wonder to what degree foreign devs were vetted for security clearance.
For that matter, is it even REQUIRED that campaign devs possess security clearance?

If not, why not?
