It should not be confused with the mass-sql injection programs that Dancho has blogged about. This is a tool that one would use against a single site at a time. I have a couple of versions of this tool plus another Chinese SQL-injection tool called NBSI. If you can help me xlate some of the buttons, I can do a write up for the blog.
