Here is one Hacker site that tracks attacks and defacing, be aware that this url-directory will change but if you know some Joomla you will be able to get it back.

Heike is right this guy is not Chinese but is very active hacking anything around and defacing sites or putting phishing files in your customers domains like his friend Cez0x; they use or spoof IP’s on the range 88.232.0.0 to 88.239.255.255 that belongs to a Turkish Telecom and most of them are already reported in the Honey Pot Project web site.
