Really not just a top 10 list, there are about 50 contemporary and historical figures they consider top hackers. Sort of weeding through them right now to see who is the most important.

I sort of cheated on this to tell you the truth. Every culture likes to provide their list of Top...whatever. Chinese hackers are no different and they were kind enough to do my homework for me. Good, cause I'm kinda lazy that way.

The list was compiled from a variety of websites that listed Top Chinese Hackers. As with most top 10 lists they were not the same but most had all the major players listed.

This sounds pretty cool. How do you decide which ones to put in there? Will it be by historical significance, leadership or maybe involvement in a high-profile compromise?
