My background is strictly as a linguist and I can only report on what I can translate. Many of the programs they talk about are beyond my abilities to get any type of accurate xlation. After browsing through it a bit, I'm a bit surprised at the Chinese dependence on trojans and social-engineering. I thought they'd be more into it than simply using kiddie methods.
