		<description>Its a guess, but I think it's a good one, because Atos is in Beijing, because Beijing and Qingdao are the largest hosting cities hence will have the most data collection points, and because I interpret "ta men jiang yao qing ding ji de an quan ji shu zhuan jia" to mean l337 haxor types.

After all, that's what the USA would do.

(And because I once heard mudge tell a funny story about the PBX havok caused  when they were hired to do pen testing for a big company.  It's too hard  to resist  temptation methinks)</description>

the Olympic IT staff will be hosting 2 major security tests in april and june.  I would expect mischief coming out of Qingdao and Beijing during those months.</description>
